Refund Policy of National Cartridge LLC

Effective Date: 2025-09-18

All sales are considered final once an order has been confirmed.

Refunds are accepted only in cases where the product is:

• ★ Damaged during transit
• ★ Defective upon arrival
• ★ Incorrect item delivered
• ★ Refund or replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with:
• ★ Clear photos/videos of the product
• ★ Original packaging and invoice
• ★ Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories to qualify for a return.
• ★ Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval.
• ★ Shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable.
• ★ We do not offer refunds for:
• ★ Change of mind
• ★ Incorrect product selection by the customer
• ★ Improper installation or misuse
